Chef Manuel López
Meet the Chef
Manuel López

Originally from the city of Puebla, Mexico. He grew up in a family with gastronomic tastes and traditions. Manuel López is an empirical chef who began his career working as a kitchen assistant at the Marriot hotel in the city of Puebla, as well as working at several well-known hotels in the city such as the Crowne Plaza and the Presidente Intercontinental.

He took a turn in his career by joining different hotels in the country, such as in Puerto Vallarta for the Mayan Palace hotel and in the Marriott hotel at Aguascalientes. He has always worked in the hotel industry as a Banquet and Restaurant Chef.

Chef Manuel López currently is the Executive Chef of the Azul restaurant at Grand Velas Los Cabos luxury resort, where he expresses all the knowledge he has obtained in his career with his kitchen teams.
