Born in Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero. David Patricio takes a taste for gastronomy thanks to his mother who taught him that cooking is more than a work of art.
In 2010 he entered the gastronomy career at the Hippocrates University in the Port of Acapulco where he reaffirmed his commitment, passion and love for it. Time after that, he does his professional internships at the Fairmont Acapulco Princess International Hotels chain, then they invited him to collaborate for that company and be part of his colleagues, that's when he meets Chef Antonio La Mónica and discovers his talent for gastronomy and makes him part of his line of chefs.
During the summer of 2016 he participates in the opening of the Art Gallery Restaurant located in the heart of Colonia Roma in Mexico City; at the end of this year he is invited to collaborate again with Chef Antonio La Mónica in his Italian Restaurant at Grand Velas Los Cabos, and they both start working hand in hand to initiate and give stability to this great project.
He is currently the Chef of Cabrilla Restaurant and he is also in charge of the food for the Grand Velas Los Cabos pools, giving the touch that characterizes him on each dish.
