Chef Víctor Hernández
Born in Tabasco and educated at the Universidad Tecnológica in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Chef Víctor began his culinary journey in 2005, working in restaurants at prominent hotels in Cancún and Playa del Carmen.
Throughout his career, he has trained chefs in Asian cuisine, with a special focus on Thai gastronomy, both domestically and internationally. His collaborations with Thai chefs have also earned him recognition at global culinary festivals.
From early on, his passion for Thai cuisine has opened doors in luxury destinations, fueling his drive to explore, innovate, and showcase the richness of Asian flavors. With a dedication to balancing complex flavors health-conscious, high-quality ingredients, he delivers dishes crafted for refine tastes.
Today, he leads the culinary team at Sen Lin in Grand Velas Los Cabos, where his creative vision for Asian fusion cuisine transforms each dish into an exceptional sensory experience to delight every guest.
