Four-Night Offering Invites Guests to Build A Personalized Path Toward Relaxation, Movement, & Mindfulness

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (September 28, 2026) - Grand Velas Los Cabos new Choose Your Reset,  four-night wellness experience gives guests the ability to tailor a vacation around their individual wellness goals. The offering responds to a broader shift in wellness travel, with the Global Wellness Institute reporting that travelers are increasingly seeking journeys tailored to their own pacing, goals, and energy levels rather than one-size-fits-all itineraries. The Choose Your Reset experience offers a curated set of unique wellness experiences that can be shaped around each guest's individual needs. The stay includes four nights of accommodations in a Grand Class Suite, a selection of daily wellness activities, and one spa treatment at the award-winning SE Spa. 

Daily wellness classes include yoga, pilates, high-intensity aqua cycling, intention-setting workshop, ice bath and recovery experience, and oceanfront sound healing or breathwork session. The hydrotherapy ritual at SE Spa, a seven-step water ceremony that combines alternating temperatures, varying pressure, aromatherapy, and visual stimuli to ease tension and refresh the senses, is also included. Curated healthy menu options and wellness shots are also available at the Wellness Corner in Azul Restaurant.

Guests can then also select one spa treatment from three options at SE Spa:

• The Himalayan Bio-Restoration Ritual (starting at $949 USD per couple) is a wellness-engineering treatment focused on physical recovery, combining mineral thermodynamics, biological medicine, and deep-tissue technique. The experience begins with a consultation to identify areas of tension and customize pressure, followed by a 90-minute massage using heated Himalayan salt stones intended to reduce inflammation through deep heat and mineral release. The treatment concludes with a bone broth elixir formulated with collagen, amino acids, and electrolytes, and a private workshop in which guests create a therapeutic compress filled with seeds and salt for use in the bathtub or as ongoing heat or cold therapy at home. 
• Sound Healing under the Stars (starting at $590 USD for 45 minutes for two people) takes place in a pool setting under open sky and uses Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and koshi bells to guide guests into deeper relaxation states. The 45-minute session begins with a Moon Nectar infusion and continues with an extended sound bath intended to lower stress and support a sense of calm. 
• The Etheric Restoration Ritual (starting at $360 USD per couple) combines a private yoga session, a cranial release massage, and an in-suite purification ritual. The experience opens with a 40-minute private yoga session incorporating breathwork and aromatic elements, followed by a 20-minute cranial and crown release massage performed while the guest rests in Savasana, a relaxation pose typically performed lying flat on the back. The ritual concludes with an in-suite purification bath kit containing a prepared bundle of sage, rosemary, and fresh flowers for use in the guest's bathtub.

The Choose Your Reset experience is part of a broader collection of Reset: You experiences introduced across select Velas Resorts properties earlier this year.
