All reservations must be confirmed with the traveling person's credit card (Visa, AMEX, and MC). A credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
The kids free special applies to minors aged 4 to 12, during September and October only, and staying in an Ambassador Suite, Ambassador Pool Suite, Ambassador Family Suite, or Governor Suite. Up to 2 kids per suite sharing with 2 adults.

The 50% off for teens applies for minors aged 13 to 15, staying in an Ambassador Suite, Ambassador Pool Suite, Ambassador Family Suite, or Governor Ocean View Suite. Travel window: November to December 17th, 2023.
Spa credit is per person per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, or Water Ceremony. Spa credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash or combined with any other Spa promotion or consortia amenities. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to treatments to outdoor Spa treatments.
Boutique discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Does not apply to the Spa boutique.
The suite upgrade does not apply on stays for Thanksgiving. Travel window: until December 14th, 2023.
