Terms & Conditions
- Rates are per person, per night based on double occupancy for a minimum stay of 5 nights. Subject to change without notice (not valid for groups). They include taxes and gratuities.
- All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) of the person that is traveling. A credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
- Suite upgrade applies exclusively for the following suite types: Ambassador to Ambassador Pool / Ambassador Pool to Ambassador Sunrise / Grand Class to Grand Class Corner.
- Spa credit is per person, per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, Water Ceremony, or outdoor Spa treatments (Spa Corner). It cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash, or combined with any other Spa promotion. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to Spa Corner treatments. The Water Ceremony, as well as any other Spa service, requires a reservation with your Concierge or directly at the Spa.
