Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are per person, per night based on double occupancy. They are subject to change without notice. Not valid for groups. Taxes and gratuities are included.
  • All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card (Visa, AMEX and MC) of the person that is traveling. Credit card and ID are required upon your arrival. Third party credit cards not accepted.
  • The discount applies on kids and teens rates (ages 4-15) that share the suite with their parents. Valid until October 31st, 2022.
  • Spa credit is per person, per night. Applies to treatments of 50+ minutes; does not apply to Beauty Salon, Spa Boutique, or Water Ceremony. Spa Credit cannot be transferred from one guest to another and cannot be accumulated, redeemed for cash or combined with any other Spa promotion or consortia amenities. Unused balances will not be refunded. Does not apply to treatments to outdoor Spa treatments.
  • The airport - resort - airport transportation applies for stays of minimum 5 nights.
  • Boutique discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Does not apply to the Spa boutique.
  • The credit towards romantic experiences is not combinable with consortia amenities. Ask to our Pre-Arrival Concierge for the catalog.
