Excelente servicio y hospitalidad

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos exceeded every expectation. What makes this resort so special is that the exceptional service doesn't begin at check-in—it starts the moment you're picked up by their transportation team at the airport and continues until you're dropped off for your flight home. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful, and it's clear they've truly thought of everything. One of the highlights of our trip was Cocina de Autor. The food, presentation, and service were outstanding, and it was one of the most memorable dining experiences we've ever had. Traveling with kids often means sacrificing a bit of luxury, but not here. The Kids Club and Teens Club are incredible. A special thank you to Andrea, Yuli, Karla, Diana, and Deni, who made our kids feel welcome from the second they walked through the door. They couldn't wait to go back each day, and knowing they were so happy made our vacation even more enjoyable. We also loved the daily family activities, which were some of the best we've experienced at any resort. There was always something fun to do together, making each day feel unique. Breakfast at Azul was another favorite. The buffet offered an incredible variety, everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was consistently excellent. Lastly, a huge thank you to our suite butler, Astrid, who went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday extra special. Her attention to detail and thoughtful touches made the celebration unforgettable. We've stayed at many luxury resorts, and Grand Velas Los Cabos is truly in a league of its own. We left already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!
