Excelente Hotel, servicio personalizado, la calidad de la comida es extraordinaria, los cuartos están muy cómodos y le presntan mucha atención al detalle, una maravillosa experiencia que seguro volvería a repetir.

Lovely the food was 10/10

Absolutely the most luxurious and personalized vacation I have ever been on. Our personal concierge Ana has gone above and beyond to make our trip special. We celebrated 2 birthdays and not only did she do the most to celebrate my son’s first birthday, she also set up balloons and a dessert tray for my 30th as well. On top of that, she checked in with us multiple times a day to make sure everything is up to standard. She gave us updates on all the happenings at the resort. Everyone at the resort is incredibly kind and professional. Javier at Azul also was exceptional and punctual - and also so attentive to my baby. We got coffee everyday at Amat and met nearly all the baristas who are quick and kind. The amenities here are endless for both adults and kids. Very family friendly. The schedule is jam packed with all sorts of events. We will absolutely be back
