Here, is where you'll be able to get a true taste of Mexican food as the guest Chefs come from all over the states of the Republic. These culinary masterminds will cook up regional menus using fresh ingredients from local producers. Grab a seat in Los Cabos' most jaw-dropping settings and sample all kinds of ceviche, fresh catch-of-the-day, and grilled creations topped with queso, guacamole, and pico de gallo. And of course, paired with a hand-crafted cocktail and a stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. Now this is what we call share-worthy.
Joel Ornelas, owner and Chef of Tintoque in Puerto Vallarta, will be kicking off the "A Bite of Mexico" as the first guest Chef at Grand Velas Los Cabos from July 8 – 14, 2019.
