Joel Ornelas, owner and Chef of Tintoque in Puerto Vallarta, will be kicking off the "A Bite of Mexico" as the first guest Chef at Grand Velas Los Cabos from July 8 – 14, 2019. This top talent climbed his way up from working at local eateries to venturing off to London to work in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
