A Each of our massages offer restorative healing properties designed to soothe tired muscles and relax the mind and body. Book an appointment for our Sport Massage, Personalized Therapeutic Massage, Maternal caress, and Vela massage. Aromatherapy and organic elixirs can be added on for an enhanced experience. We also offer a Tequila Massage, Ancestral Stone Massage, and a Head & foot herbal massage for a fusion of flavors, aromas and the restorative touch of our healers.

What is the Spa Water Journey?
A The Spa Water Journey is a hydrotherapy ritual and water ceremony that takes you on a multi-sensory adventure with alternating temperatures, varying pressure, aromatherapy and visual stimuli to get the blood flowing and your mind and body relaxed. Enjoy our jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and polar pool, accompanied by revitalizing beverages and gourmet foods.

What are the spa etiquette guidelines?
A To maintain the harmony of the Spa, we ask that you kindly ask all guests to follow a few simple guidelines. We ask that guests turn off cell phones. We ask that all guests wear a bathing suit for the hydrotherapy ritual. We ask for all guests to arrive for appointments on time and that all jewelry and valuables to be stored in the safe located in your suite. The minimum age for using the facilities is 16, and we do not allow any food, beverages, or alcoholic beverages within the facilities. We reserve the right to deny admission to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

What is the spa cancellation policy?
A Our cancellation policy at the Spa is as follows: If the appointment is cancelled less than 6 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% charge for the service will be incurred. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment results in a 100% charge for the scheduled service. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty, we recommend doing so at least 8 hours before the scheduled time.

Does the spa accept credit card?
A Yes, you may pay for your spa services with VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Guests may charge services to their suite for even more convenience. We also accept cash and gift certificates at SE Spa.

What are the spa’s hours of operation?
A SE Spa is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm. The Gym is open daily from 6 am to 9 pm. Please book spa appointments in advance to ensure availability.

Do you offer spa treatments in-suite?
A Yes, guests can enjoy our relaxing spa treatments in the comfort of their suite from 10 am to 5 pm (available from August to November only). Please note that 24-hour advance reservation is required for all in-room services.

Can I purchase a gift certificate to the spa?
A Yes, give the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation while staying with us. Gift certificates may be purchased by denomination or by service at the front desk of the spa. Pamper someone special with a spa package that includes a little something from head to toe.
