Most definitely the best all inclusive resort we have ever stayed in. The property is amazing and the rooms are modern and well appointed. The spa was peaceful and the pool staff was professional. The best part was the food! All of the restaurants felt like they deserved Michelin stars.

Incredible experience at Grand Velas Los Cabos. We visited for our first extended family vacation with our 15-month-old, and it truly delivered on every front. The concierge, Josue, was incredibly accommodating, and the staff throughout the resort were clearly experienced at hosting families with young children — flexible with ad hoc requests and attentive even when our little guy was being fussy. Our dinner at Frida was a particular standout: the restaurant manager went above and beyond, offering to bring our son pizza from the neighboring restaurant if nothing on the menu suited him. The Kids Club was another highlight. Our little one was too young to be dropped off independently, but we were able to drop in to play and burn some energy before nap time. Every staff member we encountered, including the babysitters, was warm and wonderful with the kids. We didn't use the babysitting services this trip, but based on the quality of care I observed, I'd feel completely comfortable doing so next time (or leaving him at the Kids Club once he's a bit older). The spa was also amazing — another genuine highlight of the trip. My only small note: dinner restaurants don't open until 6 pm, which meant our son was getting fussy and sleepy toward the end of meals. A minor logistical challenge for families with very young kids, but hardly a dealbreaker. Overall, this was definitely a special-occasion splurge — but one where the value genuinely lived up to the price.

Incredible! The food was amazing, the staff was incredible. If you have any food allergies I highly recommend this resort. They were so careful and took allergies very seriously. Shout out to Frida and Mark for being so accommodating with my allergies!!
